Feature Request (Ask form builder): Allow markup in Questions, Instructions/Descriptions, Thank You msg

Markup for links, bold, itals should be permitted Questions, Descriptions, and in the Thank You messages created via the Ask form builder. Either Markdown or HTML would work fine.

This allows for the addition of context and emphasis in Questions and Descriptions. It allows for additional calls to action in the Thank You message.

@smcnally We'll get working on this, but wanted to know how to prioritize: Is this one a blocker for you at the moment?
