Looks like with this private API you may create new and register wallet, send test GRAMs, get wallet information, get wallet tx history, I cannot endorse this service, cause I have not tested them.
It would be awesome if same or similar public API would be availanle for web apps to incorporate TON wallets/accounts and transactions between them
