Warning: Very difficult to get this to build or run

I'm going to leave this here as a warning to anyone considering using pdf2html.

I've been trying to build pdf2html for the better part of a day, in various Docker containers (Ubuntu 14.04, 15,04, 16.04), using various prebuilt docker images, and a custom build on Manjaro, and basically every path is littered with landmines.

This project is not just abandoned, it is very broken at this point.

Hi Chris, Have you tried install it on macOS? brew install pdf2htmlex seems working for me
