Source code text and visible text are different. How ?

As seen below image, Visible text and source text are different. For example; Visible text: his Source code text: *+5

How can they be different? How could you do this? Is there an encryption? Is there a way to decrypt this ?

NO Way. Because the font in pdf has no cmap what is connected between unicode and cid.
