Incompatible when included in a page using bootstrap classes

When using generated HTML within a page referencing bootstrap v3.3.7, all pdf2htmlEX height classes are displayed incorrectly due to classes h1,h2,h3, etc being used to indicate header classes in bootstrap.

Suggestion to rename the pdf2htmlEx height class to something that wouldn't clash such as 'he'
