A ligature index is invalid

With some pdf files I keep the never ending repeating error message:

"A ligature index is invalid"

I am using the following command:

pdf2htmlEX.exe --embed "cfijo" --dest-dir "0aa7447b-f7e9-4d28-b814-189ea36eae0c" --split-pages "1" --page-filename 0aa7447b-f7e9-4d28-b814-189ea36eae0c.html C:\inetpub\wwwroot\abt\files\722ceb1a-de4d-42ca-bacb-aae49e158580.pdf

It is an error message from fontforge. You can ignore it. It will not go on for ever, only while it is outputting the problem font.
