I have faced the same issue by using the azure cloud, Debian 11 to make
http://releases.ubuntu.com/20.04/ 安装虚拟机用这个系统编译 http://releases.ubuntu.com/20.04/ubuntu-20.04.5-desktop-amd64.iso
