Problem

Hi, I'm using the Continue plugin with NVDA, and there's a lot of arrow keying required. It would be nice if it used the VS Code accessibility announcements (including the audible progress bars) to altert the screen reader that something was happening, as well as a quick way to jump to the chat response.
