[Feature Request] Generate Migration with one file per content type

Expected Behavior

It would be great if the generate migration command in the cli would create a file per content type.

This would allow me to generate migrations from 2 different environments and quickly see the content types that have changed.

Actual Behavior

Generating a migration with the cli creates a single file with all of the content types in a random order (i.e. not by content type).

We have lots of content types so running the cli for each content type individually is not practical.
