Update Readme with helpful links for the Umami demo.
I wanted to open this pull request to add some extra information relevant to the README. I looked through Angular and Ember projects to find similar data that was useful for this project, which were mostly links to resources. I wasn't sure on any build or contribution guidelines so I left those off for now.
Since this build is also using patterns from Atomic Design, I decided to link to a blog post that gives a nice overview of it. I didn't know if there is a better source, but this is the one I normally send to other developers looking into it.
@e0ipso That is a much better link, thanks. Since it has all the information for APIs included, I went ahead and removed the redundant Demo source API link.
