cleanup stale artifacts created by fetchit

To determine a stale artifact

  • compare list of fetchit-created files & services on the host against configTargets, if a file exists within known-list that is missing from configTarget, remove it from host & from the known-list
  • refresh known-list whenever config is updated
  • if unit file, also stop the service
  • if kube yaml, remove resources on host
  • playbook, ?
