This is an organizational suggestion - so feel free to disagree. What I think might be a good idea is to duplicate some of the information in the CML part of the FAQ and have a page that is just CML policies and guidelines. Things like the end of use FAQ answer and the retention policy from the FAQ could be included with the other content pages I outlined.
