No menu only bottom footer

Only the bottom footer Donate | Options | Close is visible until I manually add the website to the whitelist.

Fully updated system Windows 10 21H1, Opera Browser [77.0.4054.254]

All works fine in Debian based linux running updated opera [same as windows

This issue is present since years on some pages. I have reported it several times. Not sure what causes it, but it causes the tab also to freeze and create a 100% CPU for that tab until closed.

You need to open the options and add the site manually to the white list, then it works.
