Allow draggable content to be dragged in both x or y coordinate

Describe the solution you'd like For vertical list reordering, I would like to be able to drag item in both x or y coordinate, but have the react-native-draggable-flatlist only care about the y coordinate when determining it's inner logic. Basically how it's working now, but also allow dragging in x coordinate (left or right).

Additional context The iOS stocks apps does this and feels a lot more user friendly and less restrictive.
