New release on PyPI and bioconda?

Hi everyone :) Thank you for this great tool. Are there plans to publish v2.4 on bioconda/PyPI?

i've just proposed a PR for v2.4 on Bioconda: https://github.com/bioconda/bioconda-recipes/pull/60891

The Bioconda version was not being updated because v2.4 was only released on GitHub, but the conda recipe had PyPI as source.
