{URGENT}Unlinking my office email address from Github account

Hi Team,

in Dec 2022 I had git access which was mapped to my office email address with userid "dilkum14", after 3month i stoped using my github account, now i am not able to access my account becuse i don't have TOTP beucase my phone and laptop got changes so i dont have the APP or recovery key. hence i am bloced and not able to login.

I need urgent help onthis to unlink my email address so that again i can use hte same email and use github. Kindly do the needful ASAP.
