Data table Nested columns manager POC

Description

This PR provides a proof of concept as an option to consider in the work to make the columns settings manager dynamic to be able to take care of settings in a nested data table.

In the coming future, The ui-kit data table will make provision for a nested table, we want to be able to allow some table configurations for each table. And the first step is to ensure the columns manager has the necessary options to provide these settings.
