SearchIcon with icon and tooltip prop

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We would like to have access to a component that would let us type free text and after user stops typing a tooltip in "dropdown-style" would show up, this component would accept an icon and could be submitted on icon click or enter

Describe the solution you'd like We would like UI-Kit to expose a SearchInput component that would accept an Icon and a tooltip prop together with a timer

Describe alternatives you've considered We have considered using some of the select inputs you provide, but we just want to write text (not load selectable options), so this would look like a wrong/hacky way to achieve what we want

Additional context This component, even if it's not used a lot, we can find it already on the PIM search sidebar, we want to implement it now on order search and possibly will be required by the discounts team in a near future. Not very complex implementation, but we want to remove CSS and timers on the MC app
