Manage lord-icon-element library deprecation

The library we currently use https://www.npmjs.com/package/lord-icon-element for lord icon has been deprecated in favour of https://github.com/lordicondev/lordicon We should plan to migrate to the new library

@nkuehn do you remember why you recommended the lord-icon-element instead of the lordicon

there is / was no lordicon package, the new one is @lordicon/element which replaces lord-icon-element and is an HTML custom element. The discussion at the time was whether to use the generic lottie-web package or the lordicon-specific wrapper element
