Review content and structure of docs-kit documentation website

This is a follow up and part of #953

After we've merged an early state of the documentation website, we decided to go over the content to adjust or rewrite the existing files if necessary.

Goal: document the following

### Tasks
- [ ] - data constants
- [ ] - api docs #1383 
- [ ] - content fragments
