Image updates are not reflected

Thank you for the great job! I just noticed that when I update an image used in the markdown file. The image is not updated in the rendered page. The image is located in a folder in the at the same level as the markdown file. Is there an option to detect changes in other files not only in the active page?

The image file can be in any folder on the users disk. Watching any files that are attributed in markdown files would need to intercept in the markdown parser. A simple browser window reload on any image change, would do as well. The server takes care that after reload you'll end in the same scroll position.
