Ford Escape 2022 dashcam mode

Describe the bug

Running into issues with both main install and this branch, https://github.com/commaai/openpilot/tree/escape-2020-fw both say openpilot is unsupported and goes into dashcam mode

Is your Escape a hybrid? Hybrids are not officially supported due to this issue here: #28124 You can make it work by editing a line and saving the changes. However you may occasionally get a "controls mismatch" error during faster accelerations. If this is the case I can provide that line to change.
