Extension: send transaction by asset

At the moment we have a withdrawall feature in the extension. This can get problematic in the main use case we are aiming to achieve: taking a bitcoin collateralized loan. Assuming the user wants to send the USDT afterwards to an exchange he/she could not do so.

We should extend the withdrawall feature to be able to send different assets.
