"This app can't run on your PC" after doing a pip install -m

Already searched both on Banodoco, Issues and Reddit. Issue is the following When i'm trying to open the nvidia gpu file i got this
M:\Triton2\ComfyUI_windows_portable>.\python_embeded\python.exe -s ComfyUI\main.py --windows-standalone-build Access is denied.
I got another instance of comfy that works just fine, compared the permissions and are the exact same, so i have no idea what the issue could be. Added the folder to my AV exeptions

What's your PC model? Is it ARM64, or something like 'Qualcomm Snapdragon', 'AI PC', or 'Copilot PC'?
A lot of programs can't run on these PCs, and they can only run on PCs with x64 architecture.
