Why does one Z-turbo workflow run take different amounts of time???
The launch and Ksampler (not necessarily exactly this one) takes 24 seconds, followed by the launch and 234 seconds... and this happened after the update, although the first day after it everything was ok.
So is it just me or not!?
It's really frustrating - the first few days of Z image turbo - it was a real turbo - and now it's a roulette: 1 work 30 seconds, five next 10-15 minutes on bare ComfyUI without a single extension
I've observed this problem too. It has reproduced itself several times. It's not restricted to ZIT since. I've observed this with Flux.1 Dev too (but SDXL is not affected, even with a BF16 model the same size as ZIT). My fix has been to perform an uninstall (including deleting Documents data) and then re-install. I was using "ComfyUI Setup 0.6.1 - x64.exe" for Windows and have just now moved to 0.6.2. The problem seems to occur even when there is no intervening change (e.g., same workflow, version, nodes). This suggest some sort of state-based problem that is somehow preserved between runs (cached objects? heuristic memory management?).
