Crash in getMD5FromString when source is NULL

Getting a crash sometimes in getMD5FromString I traced to - (void)refreshImage:(BOOL)forceRefresh can happen (don't know why) a response.URL at "nil" ``` cachedImageForURL filePathForCachedImage getMD5FromString ```
