画线拐弯的时候有个凸点

首先这里画线的逻辑是画上下两条线，然后画两个圆进行填充是吧，但是拐歪的时候，画的圆会凸出去，画到两条线之外，这个时候就会出现凸点，不知道你们解决了没有，希望代码能更新一下
