1. In the mobile adaptation, this menu deprives the page of the ability to scroll. That is, from a mobile phone I can’t scroll down or up with my finger.

2. You can tell me how to quickly implement this animation by clicking on the buttons. Suppose if the button is prev and next, and when you click on it, the menu will scroll in the necessary direction.
