Autocomplete unicode characters (Julia)

Editor version: Sublime Text 3
Programming language: Julia
TabNine extension version: 2.8

I recently started to use TabNine to write Julia code in Sublime Text 3. Previously, I could get unicode character completion e.g. for greek letters by writing tau<TAB> which would then display the unicode character \tau in Sublime text. However, this is not working with TabNine.

Just signed up for a trial with Tabnine, and now I have the same issue...\pi <Tab> doesn't work. That's a killer bug that will get me to cancel my trail. Anyone know a fix?
