Option to overwrite existing account tree at account import

I think there should be an option in account import feature that alllows overwriting existing account tree instead of creating a new book.

Actual behavior

• Import accounts.
• Accounts are loaded into a new book.

Suggested behavior

• Import accounts.
• Existing accounts get deleted, imported ones are then loaded into the book.
