Setup an FDroid App Repo

To get easy/automatic upgrades for those who don't want to sign up for a Google account, it would be useful to setup an independent f-droid repository (given the official one won't ship gnucash-android as per #435).

Another issue exists about getting GNU Cash into F-Droid directly: #804

That issue has been closed. What comes next is actually setting up an F-Droid repository, as concluded in #804. This means that the discussion if and how do it should happen here or in https://github.com/GnuCash-Pocket/gnucash-android/issues/14, where @Kaligula0 summarized the various requests.
