The funny answer list from `FunnyAnswers` plugin should be moved to a database. You should produce a corresponding asynchronous API for getting random answer.

I believe that currently Markov network images are consuming more memory that it's needed for them. We need to profile Horta memory and decrease network memory footprint if that's possible.
The experimental Horta version (see the explanation in #416) was reconnecting to the server exactly every 2 hours. It has line `xmpp.timeout_ms=900000` in its config. That's not a big problem,...
