Inline editing

When you edit a post, you get a new page with the editor and -- if you're editing an answer -- the question. I remember that we added the question because people needed that context sometimes.

Comment threads can also have important context (like requests for clarification that led you to edit). Occasionally other answers might have context, if you're trying to say something subtly different from someone else. And if you're editing a question, you shouldn't invalidate existing answers, so seeing them could be helpful.

A user can work around all of this by using a second tab. But... should we just have an inline editor instead?

And, if so, should we also allow inline tag editing, i.e. editing just the tags?
