Indication of deleted posts for users who can see them

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. #952 prevented showing a new activity indicator circle when a post is deleted. This makes sense, as seeing the circle but not seeing any recent activity is confusing. However, for users who can see deleted posts, would it be useful to see the indicator?

Not sure if that would be desired or not. Raising for discussion.
