Support for plugins not hosted on GitHub

It seems that the form for adding plugins only supports plugins whose repository is hosted on GitHub. Therefore, I can’t submit my plugins. Could you add support for other Git hosting services?

I have no plans on adding this feature currently.

What other plugins have done is have a GitHub mirror syncing automatically on push. But that's up to you!
