Add Form Validations and Success Message to Contact Form

Problem: The current contact form lacks proper validations, which can lead to invalid submissions. Additionally, there is no feedback mechanism to inform users that their message has been sent successfully.

Proposed Solution:

• Add client-side validations for all fields (name, email, phone, and message).
• Display a success message after the form is submitted successfully.
• Clear the form fields after submission for a clean user experience.

Expected Outcome: A more robust and user-friendly contact form with proper validations and a success message to enhance the user experience.
