Don't receive emails anymore

It seems like CodeTriage doesn't send me triage emails anymore. I am subscribed to 5 repos but nothing comes out of those. My github username is thestroke82.

@thestroke82 I was able to get emails working again by "deleting" my account on CodeTriage and setting it up again. Not ideal but I hope this helps.
