Virtual device timed out

Describe the bug When i try to connect to virtual device attached to smart life app in tuya iot dashboad, timed out message returned.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Attach virtual device in tuya iot cloud project.
  2. Try to connect

Description I have try with tuya-cli, i have same result : Capture d'écran 2023-05-15 124515

But real device work perfectly... Have you an idea why ?

I have a reply from tuya tech support: he said me who remove "iot-03" from API uri. I have tried and it works but i don't know why ?
