[Suggestion] Adding Monster Hunter Portable/Freedom support

Monster Hunter Portable has event quests that are unavailable in the global release, and it is capable of connecting with Dos to unlock an additional quest on both ends. Would be great to utilize this tool to carry over the translation from Freedom to Portable.
