Live TV 1080p Flicker

New to the RC3 update, there is flickering on 1080p Live TV streams (utilizing ServerWMC). Noted on CNBC HD & CNN HD. This does not occur on 720p Live TV Streams. Occurs with & without Dirty Region settings in AdvancedSettings.xml.
