Add toggle to (or always) "Display all messages from last test run" on each pass

Some test frameworks have useful output for the developer such as mspec with the spec output:

Account Funds transfer, when transferring between two accounts » should debit the from account by the amount transferred » should credit the to account by the amount transferred

This is a nice feature in that you can see the spec report when you are executing the runner, but a text version of the html report.

The growl integration is useful for pass/fail information but might be a little distracting and verbose (as discussed in issue #16) to try to get the report sent there.
