Add Alpine to releases

Please add alpine to your releases, current docker image runs on ubuntu and its size is about 100 mb Alpine is much more lightweight

Please reopen - we would like to see this. I've tried to build a basic alpine image but am blocked because /var/tmp/coder/init requires glibc. I've tried to install both libc6-compat and gcompat in 2 separate builds in case either of them provides the missing symbols, but both return the same result which is that the symbol __fprintf_chk is not found.

I am aware that there are glibc builds for alpine, however it's not the route we want to go down.
