Themes and styles guide add details

There are multiple things which can be added to themes and styles guide - Google I/O talk and Dan's talk.

Summary:

  • Add implicit vs explicit parenting.
  • Pre-21 vs Post21 and how app compat unifies it.
  • Default themes for different UI widgets.
