I found the correct compilation that you created on 26 /11/20 here https://github.com/codenameone/flamingo-svg-transcoder/blob/master/flamingo-svg-transcoder-core-1.2-jar-with-dependencies.jar. I think that you must increment the version of the flamingo transcoder from 1.2 to 1.3 to avoid confusion. create please a release or tag.
