RFE: make the user's token copyable

In the Codename One "build app", by clicking on "Account", there is the user token needed for the Push service. I suggest making it easily copyable with one click, rather than forcing a manual copy.

This is available in the Control Center (the new Settings app) under the "Account" section. Just click the person icon.

Found it, thanks. I had never explored the account section of Control Center, it looks like a good alternative to what is available in the "Codename One build" app.
