The new "mode" dropdown menu doesn't work

Fix whatever went wrong here

If this bug is referring to how hitting "M" no longer brings up the super-useful menu that lets you switch between map modes and zoom levels, then I'm experiencing it too. It worked on an older version of Spoutcraft, so I assume it's something that changed on their end.

I went through the versions of Spoutcraft and found that the last working revision was 1138. I haven't yet determined what change in 1139 caused the problem, but I'll update if I figure it out.
