Updating a ticket, prior to reply, returns to All Tickets screen
You can set what happens after you've replied to a ticket. I have mine set to send me back to the All Tickets screen. The issue with this is that it also does this after updating a ticket. This is unexpected as you have to click the 'Update' button before you can add a reply to a new ticket, which takes you back to the All Tickets screen, and then you have to work out which new ticket you need to go back in and add a reply to.
@jackmcconnell This one should be fixed in the new UI as the "update ticket process in order to reply" will be removed ( think the action to do after ticket reply will be removed also ) and 90% of things will be done via AJAX
