Assert .csproj and .sln output content in tests

The .csproj and .sln file content is built asynchronously, which leads to nondeterministic order of the file content. Currently, the content of these files is not asserted in integration tests. Handling to assert the content of .csproj and .sln files should be added in tests, regardless of the line order of the content.
