firebase-app-distribution's Project ID to Project Number

Documentation points out that --project-id expects Firebase project id and Firebase console has this id not under Project ID but Project number. Would be great to update Project ID to Project number in the documentation.

Indeed, looking at the UI, we require the value that's next to Project number.
