Add CourseLit branding

By default, the following areas will show CourseLit branding i.e. Powered by [CourseLit](https://courselit.app) HTML, in the following areas:

• Pages footer
• Automated email notifications
• Course viewer

The setting to turn this feature off will be available under Dashboard > Settings > Branding. It should be a checkbox which is unchecked by default and with the following details:

Checkbox caption: Remove CourseLit branding Checkbox sub-caption: Hide "Powered by CourseLit" on your CourseLit courses and site.

This setting will be stored in settings.hideCourseLitBranding property of Domain collection.
